Anja + Alex

Anja + Alex

Anja and I shared some classes at the UW School of Art. In fact, one was a photo class and I’m quite sure she did much better in it than I did. I’ve never shot another photographer’s wedding so I’m super flattered she asked me.

For her and Alex’s¬†engagements, we had all the elements of a Seattle spring day in just one session: cold, rain, clouds, blue sky, sun, cold, more grey. Luckily ¬†we didn’t get hailed on.

I can’t wait for summer.

ON A BOAT. I want to be in that boat… might be awkward since I don’t know them, but they seem friendly! Love the shot with the sun flare and water. And you killed it with your details. Might have to order a print- of the details. not them. or maybe them too. Ok this is getting weird. :)

These are amazing, I’m in love with your colors and your depth of field. Are some of those shot with a tilt-shift or blurred in post? (See: One with pond in foreground) It looks amazing either way, just curious.
